2. Description of Service

Aethos provides an AI-powered chatbot service for WordPress websites. The Service includes a WordPress plugin, cloud-based AI processing, a management dashboard, and related features as described on our website.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing
  • Interfere with the Service's operation or security
  • Use the AI to generate harmful, misleading, or deceptive content

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy below.

Refund Policy

All subscriptions are managed through our payment partner, Paddle. To request a refund, manage your subscription, or access billing history, please visit the Paddle Customer Portal:

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis:

  • Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund available
  • After 7 days: Prorated refund at Paddle's discretion

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aethos Logic and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aethos Logic be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
